What does the role involve?

This position will involve you supervising different classes around the school and support students in the classroom and via extra-curricular activities. You will be on hand to support the school where need to an element of flexibility and open-mindedness will be required. The highly experienced staff at the school will also be on hand and will teach you how to plan and prepare lessons which will be a key skill and would definitely set you apart from the rest when applying for teaching qualifications! You will be given training and guidance from day 1 in this position to make sure you are confident and comfortable in your new role.

What do I need?

·You will require a minimum 2:1 in your degree subject (various subjects are all welcomed)

·Good set of A-Levels

·Open-minded and flexible as you will be working across departments

·Motivated and determined to make real difference to the lives of young people

·Have a desire to want to teach in future
