Graduate EAL Teaching Assistant – The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with English as an additional language
  • Helping pupils develop the correct verbal and written English
  • Support pupils across multiple subjects
  • Work across KS3/KS4
  • Be actively involved in enrichment activities for EAL pupils

Graduate EAL Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:

  • 2:1 or 1st degree in a core subject
  • Must have experience teaching English abroad or as an additional language
  • Strong academic background e.g. A-Levels
  • Understanding of needs and requirements of pupils with EAL
  • Supportive and aspiring attitude
