Graduate Early Teaching Assistant – The Role:

This school is looking for a recent university graduate who has a passion for education to join their EYFS department. They offer an excellent support network for graduate TAs providing you with invaluable opportunities and regular feedback allowing you to grow and develop into the teacher you aspire to be!

You will be required to cater for a range of pupil academic abilities when helping to organise and conduct class lessons as well as intervention group sessions. You will be responsible to monitor pupil progress and make sure that they are on the right path to academic success with the guidance and support of qualified teachers within the EYFS department.

Graduate Early Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:

  • 2.1 or 1st class degree
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Previous work with children is desirable
  • Supportive and inspiring personality
  • For an individual aspiring to become a teacher prior to teaching courses
  • Passionate about education
