The ideal candidate for this Economics Teaching Assistant post will have a great track record including at least a 2.1 in an Economics/Business related subjected. The school wants to meet an aspiring teacher with the ability to motivate highly intelligent and inquisitive students who are desperate to do well.
This Economics Teaching Assistant post will see the successful graduate supporting KS4 & KS5 students across GCSE and BTEC in Economics and Business in preparation for their exams. These students are high achieving and want to do well, so you will need to have the academic ability and pace to make sure they are challenged daily. The successful Economics Teaching Assistant will be working with students of different abilities both in and outside of the classroom, on a 1:1 basis and in group ‘booster’ sessions.
