- You will need a minimum 2.1 in your Humanities degree (different specialisms are welcomed)
- Good A-Levels and GCSEs
- Motivated and hard-working
- Passionate about your subject
- Have the desire to work with young people and make a difference
- Flexible and open to different ways of working
Graduate History Academic Coach
- Use your passion and knowledge of your subject to help boost progress with students
- Work with students and implement your own intervention strategies
- Encourage and motivate your students to reach their goals and targets
- Provide class support to the Teachers where required
- Be a role model to the students at the school
- Make a positive impact at the school
