Are you a recent Psychology graduate with a 2:1 or above, looking to find a role where you can utilise your subject knowledge as a Graduate Intervention Mentor?

Requirements for the role – Graduate Intervention Mentor:

  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology subject degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Passionate about Psychology subject
  • Devoted to supporting young people with additional behavioural needs
  • Supportive and inspiring attitude
  • Prior experience working with young people with additional behavioural needs ideal
  • Ability to plan and create 1:1 support sessions
  • Ability to deal with challenging behaviour
