Graduate Learning and Behaviour Mentor- What will I be doing?

  • Deliver 1:1 interventions
  • Full time role in one school
  • Pro rata salary
  • Work closely with pupils who have challenging behaviour
  • Track and report on pupil progress
  • Assist the SEN department on an adhoc basis
  • Provide classroom-based support during lessons

  • Prior experience supporting young people with behavioural challenges is desirable
