Graduate Learning and Behaviour Mentor- What will I be doing?

  • Deliver 1:1 interventions
  • Full time role in one school
  • Paid £80-£100 per day (term time)
  • Work closely with pupils who have challenging behaviour
  • Track and report on pupil progress
  • Data entry to target students who need intervention
  • Monitor student attendance
  • Make home visits to pupils families
  • Become a role model for the pupils
  • Promote wellbeing
  • Provide pastoral support

Graduate Learning and Behaviour Mentor- What do I need?

  • 1st class or 2:1 degree (all disciplines welcome!)
  • Strong A levels and GCSEs
  • Previous experience with young people
  • Resilient and compassionate outlook
  • Prior experience supporting young people with behavioural challenges is desirable
