Graduate Learning MentorRole/ Key responsibilities

  • 1:1 intervention sessions
  • Small group intervention sessions
  • Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Aid in educational development
  • Ability to identify issues in pupils learning
  • Work closely with class teachers to implement individual education plans and adapt lessons to meet student needs
  • Monitor and record progress and provide feedback to teachers
  • Commitment to safeguarding protocols

Graduate Learning MentorEssential requirements

  • 2:1 or above
  • A caring and patient approach with strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of strategies for supporting children with a range of learning difficulties
  • Previous work experience in a school
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willing to get one
