- Full-time for full academic year starting September 2019

The role
This role will be varied and each day will be different. The year will be all about preparing you to successfully deal with the challenges of teacher training. You may support students 1:1 and in small groups, designing your own learning interventions to support pupil progress and motivation. You may also assist class teachers with lesson planning and delivery. As your confidence grows, you could take on more responsibility, supervising groups of pupils during teacher absence. Your efforts and participation in wider school activities will be welcomed.

About you
You will be a high-achieving graduate (2:1 or above) with strong GCSEs and A levels. You will display a true passion for education and a genuine commitment to pursuing a career in teaching. Previous experience working or volunteering with young people is desirable but not essential and full training will be provided.
