Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Person specification
- Degree required, 2:2 or above
- Strong academic record – Good A-Level and GCSE results
- Resilience and patience to work with pupils
- Ability to explain hard to grasp concepts
- Some experience of working with children is ideal – e.g. tutoring
This Learning Mentor position involves working in the warm and friendly inclusion team department where fresh ideas and knowledge will be essential to assisting teachers with planning and preparation. Your responsibilities will be to support pupils on a 1:1 basis and group sessions helping to improve confidence and attainment in a range of pupils who are of varying abilities.
