Do you have previous experience working with SEN and/or Mental Health and would like to utilise this within a learning support assistant role?

Graduate Learning Support Assistant – The Role:
- Support students on a 1:1/small group basis
- Plan, deliver and assess intervention sessions
- Work alongside the SEN department
- Learn and take on feedback in order to improve
- Gather resources and support class teachers
- Gain experience and take on further responsibility as your knowledge/confidence grows
Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Person Specifications:
- Graduate with a minimum of 2.1 degree
- Experience working with young people is essential
- Ideally have SEN experience
- Have a desire to work within education long-term
- Be passionate to enhance the learning experience of SEN pupils
- Be a confident communicator who can liaise with a variety of people
