Graduate Learning Support Assistant –
• Immediate Start, Long term role
• Earn up to £350 per week
• Working within the Nursery’s High Needs SEND base
• Must have a Psychology/ Special educational needs degree
• Support pupils with SEN & SEMH
• Ideal experience for teaching, EP or social work
• Sound knowledge of Special Educational Needs in the classroom
• Support pupils with SEN 1:1 and in small groups
• Nursery located in Farnworth, Bolton
• Work closely with the SENCo, class teachers, parents/carers and external agencies

In this role you will be providing essential support to children with Special education needs within the Nursery’s High Needs SEND base. You will work closely with the school’s SENCO, class teachers and visiting Educational Psychologist to carry out individualised learning plans for pupils. You will need to be compassionate, driven and resilient with a genuine passion for supporting pupils experiencing barriers to education.

In this role, each day will be different and it will be as rewarding as it is challenging. Crucially, you will be adding to your skills portfolio ensuring a competitive application should you pursue Educational Psychology, teaching or social work.

To be considered for this role you must have strong communication skills, resilience and commitment. You will hold a Psychology or Special educational needs based degree with a 2:1 or above. For this role it is essential that you have shown commitment to supporting young people with complex needs previously.
