A Psychology graduate passionate about the development of student with additional behavioural needs is wanted by a superb secondary school as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant supporting a student with Autism.

Requirements for the role:
- Minimum 2:1 Psychology degree
- Strong academic background
- Superb degree subject knowledge
- Passionate about supporting young people with additional behavioural needs
- Prior experience working with a young person with autism
- Able to structure and conduct lessons based on specifically developed lesson plan
- Encouraging and supportive attitude
- Patient and understanding regarding pace of students’ progress
