Graduate Maths Specialist Assistant – Your Role in School
You will be working closely with students on either a 1:1 or group basis, ensuring they are progressing towards where the teacher expects them to be. You could be working with students who need extra support in their studies and are finding the subject difficult or working with the students who are at the top level and require further specialist knowledge. You will be utilising your expert subject knowledge for the benefit of the students. In addition, your experience will encompass different elements of what being a teacher is like in that you will learn to plan lessons, deliver your own interventions, create resources, work with and communicate with parents and liaise with other staff members.

·You will need to have a minimum of a 2:2 in your Maths degree
