Graduate Paid School Opportunities


Salary: £350 – £450 per week

Location: Opportunities in Watford, Harrow, Brent, Camden, Islington, Haringey and Barnet.

Start date: ASAP

Interview: Interviews being arranged

Contract: Whole academic year

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday – 8:30am and 4pm (TBC)

Application Process: CV application followed by ID checks and graduate trial day/interview

Academic Requirements: Minimum 2:1 degree with strong A Levels – various subjects considered

Experience: Transferable experience highly desirable but not essential

Other Requirements: Committed to career in education, not afraid of a challenge and most importantly you will be personable, positive and proactive

A little more about what you will be doing…

  • Supporting 1:1 and small groups inside and outside of the classroom
  • Creating and running specific workshops to complement work across the Curriculum
  • Monitoring progress and tailoring sessions to enable maximum impact
  • Liaising with all teachers to communicate outcomes of specific workshops and how to improve
  • Regular catch up meetings with pupils to review and amend targets
  • Liaison with parents/carers
  • Work flexibly in the department/class with the teachers
  • Support planning and lead lessons when you become more confident
