Graduate Pastoral Mentor

  • Excellent transport links from across London and surrounding areas

Graduate Pastoral Mentor – The role

  • Work 1:1 with students on a small intervention basis
  • Support the head of year and departments where necessary
  • Offer pastoral support to students
  • Be reflective and keen to learn

Graduate Pastoral Mentor – Person Specification

  • Graduate with a 2.1 or 1st degree from an excellent institution
  • Able to reflect on practice in order to learn and develop
  • Resilient personality with the drive to achieve your goals
  • Some experience working with young people would be advantageous
  • An interest in supporting students within a pastoral aspect
