Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant


Have you graduated university with a psychology degree and are looking to support students, helping them overcome barriers to learning?


Maybe you are looking to develop on your experience working with additional needs such as ADHD, autism, or mental health needs!


This role is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your skills through paid experience prior to teacher training or a career in educational psychology.


Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant – The Role:

  • Full-time placement for the full academic year
  • Working Monday-Friday, term time only
  • Immediate start date
  • £375-£450 a week
  • Support pupils with additional needs
  • Work closely with the SENCo department
  • Follow tailored learning programmes
  • Make a real impact on student’s lives


Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant – Person Specification:

  • University degree, 2:1 or higher
  • Strong academic background
  • Passion for education
  • Previous experience working with children is required
  • Knowledge and/or experience supporting needs such as Autism/ADHD
