Graduate Primary Learning Assistant

• You will need to have a minimum 2.1 in your degree from a good university
• Strong A-Levels and GCSEs would be highly advantageous
• Experience working with young people would be beneficial
• Flexible and reliable
• Passionate about education and making an impact

Graduate Primary Learning Assistant

• You will be working across this Primary School with different classes in different year groups to give you a fantastic all-rounded experience with different age ranges
• Support the class Teachers in their planning of exceptional learning experiences and have your own input
• Create and deliver your own intervention sessions for those pupils who need extra help with their studies
• Working with other members of staff to ensure the successful day-to-day running of activities within school
• Build relationships with other members of staff and children to ensure positive learning outcomes
