Graduate Primary Support Worker – What will I be doing?

• Working in a dynamic primary school in West Bromwich
• Supporting the creativity, imagination, and academic and personal progress of children
• Working 1:1 and in small groups with children to aid their learning
• Supporting classroom teachers during lessons
• Expanding your skill set while gaining invaluable classroom experience
• Teaching a broad and rich curriculum with a focus on children’s well-being
• Paid role, where you will be working full time (Monday to Friday during term time)

Graduate Primary Support Worker – What do I need?

• An enthusiastic and determined personality with a lot of passion for education!
• 1^st or 2:1 degree
• Previous experience working with children is beneficial
• A patient and passionate manner to help inspire!
• Excellent communication skills
