Graduate Primary Support Worker – The Role:
This fantastic opportunity will allow you to work alongside a talented and experienced inclusion department who will both support and guide you so that you can perform your role effectively and have a real impact on pupil progress.
Your main role will be to lead small group and 1:1 intervention sessions where you will be able to offer specialised help into both the academic and social spheres within the school. It is important that you can cater to an array of different educational needs as well as having a patient and inspiring mentality so that your sessions can allow your pupils thrive!
Graduate Primary Support Worker – Person Specification:
- 2.1 or 1st class degree (preferably psychology)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Previous work with children is desirable
- Supportive and inspiring personality
- Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
- Strong academic background
- Passionate about education
