Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant –

  • Working with Primary school children

  • Help organise and conduct Primary School Lessons
  • Use subject knowledge to help enhance academic ability of primary pupils
  • Paid £300-£325 per week, term time only
  • Immediate Start as a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

This role – In this role you will be expected to assist the class teacher in providing the best primary education possible to the schools pupils, primarily in the subject’s literacy and numeracy. You will be helping to organise and conduct a number of lessons, making sure that each student is able to focus and learn to their highest ability.

Role Specification – In this role you will need a minimum 2:1 core subject degree, and must display a good amount of primary core subject knowledge throughout the school day, helping to assist the pupils in any situation as a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant. You will be required to have brilliant communication skills, and be able to interact with the students in a professional and appropriate manor. No prior experience is needed working with children, however the willingness to learn new techniques and methods regarding the teaching and support of pupils is needed.
