With an immediate start available to the successful candidate, the Head is keen to recruit a Teaching Assistant who has a creative, innovative flair, and someone who can assist an outstanding teacher in delivering engaging lessons. The Head is used to recruiting graduates and giving them the opportunity to gain experience needed before applying for teacher training. With this in mind, they would be happy to receive applications from graduates with a good education background. No experience is necessary, as you’ll be given plenty of support and guidance, but what is essential is your commitment to the school and the ability to make a difference within a classroom setting.
