Graduate School Progress Tutor – About the Role
You will be working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to provide targeted help, mainly in core subject areas, with opportunities to be involved in the delivery of wider school learning and activities. The role is designed for a patient and empathetic graduate wishing to inspire a love of learning in the pupils. You will work with highly-qualified members of staff throughout the year who will support you to grow professionally as you become more confident within a primary school setting.
Graduate School Progress Tutor – About You
You will be a high-achieving recent graduate (2:1 minimum), ideally from a Russell Group university, with a passion for your subject and for education. You will be resilient, patient and able to come up with creative solutions to problems. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and will have some experience working or volunteering with young people. You will have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in education and be committed to this position for a full academic year.
