To be considered for this Graduate Science Teaching Assistant opportunity you must have the following:
*1st or 2:1 degree – Russell Group (preferable) in a biology, chemistry, physics or engineering
*A passion to support others
*Prior school, education or tutoring experience would be preferred
This fantastic science graduate teaching assistant you would find you mainly working with GCSE pupils in one or two of the science subjects but there will be a requirement to work with A Level classes. Due to the detailed level of the curriculum it is essential that any candidates for this role do hold a degree in within Biology, Chemistry or Physics.
The Teaching Assistant role itself will find you supporting the class teacher over an array of topics, helping students grasp theories and gain a better understanding of learning objectives in science. It is an ideal role to be able to put the knowledge and skills you have gained across the years into perfect use whilst learning from experienced teaching professionals.
