What do I need to apply?

To apply for this fantastic role inside of an academically ambitious secondary, you will firstly need to have obtained a minimum 2:1 core subject degree, and have a number of strong A-Levels. You will need to have a passion and motivation for your degree subject, able to be transferred to students through lesson time and aiding in their enhancement of academic knowledge. You will need to have good communication skills, keeping students focused and motivated to complete the tasks set by the teacher, as well as being able to offer the correct support and guidance whilst working in either individual or group sessions.

In this role as Graduate Secondary Teaching Assistant you will be required to aid the academic development of the school’s students, across all three core subjects remaining flexible and willing to offer support to students at all times. You will also be organising and constructing class lessons, alongside the class teacher, specifically structured to the students specific needs.
