Graduate SEN 1:1 Assistant

• You will be working with children with ADHD/Autism. There are opportunities in different year groups around the school according to your preference and skill set!
• Implementing strategies and techniques that have been created by you, the SENDCo and the class Teacher
• Assisting the child with their work in school and generally helping them progress through the academic year
• Working closely members of staff around the school and become a valued and important member of the team

What will you need to have? – Graduate SEN 1:1 Assistant

• 2.1 in a Psychology/related degree (core subjects are also considered if you have experience with SEN)
• Interest in working with SEN children
• Reliable, hard-working and highly motivated to help and make a difference
• Resilience and determination will be key as the role will be challenging at times
• Excellent training and CPD opportunities
• Staff well-being incredibly important to the school
