The Role – The successful graduate will be supporting the SEN department working with pupils in-class, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, to provide targeted help across all subjects. As a Graduate SEN Keyworker you will be leading learning support interventions that not only boost progress but also instil a love of learning in all pupils. You will work closely with the school’s SENCO to ensure individualised learning plans are fit for purpose. You will have the opportunity to plan and deliver lessons with the support of experienced members of staff who will guide your professional development throughout the year.

You will have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in education and be committed to this position for a full academic year.
