To be considered for this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity you must have the following:

• 1^st or 2:1 degree – Russell Group (preferable) in psychology or a core subject
• A passion to support others
• Prior school, education or tutoring experience would be preferred
• Strong behaviour management

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant you would be working with students of varying abilities and would need to demonstrate a patient, caring, supportive and an encouraging manner within the classroom and towards the pupils.

It would be desirable if you have had previous experience of working within Special Educational Needs.
