Are you an incoming 2025 Psychology, Education Studies or Neuroscience graduate with a passion for the development of children, and a desire to find a full-time 1:1 Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role supporting children with special educational needs?
i-teachers are currently supporting a warm, welcoming and vibrant primary school located in the Leeds area who are eager to add a versatile, passionate and outgoing Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to their superb learning support department in a full-time role for the coming academic year.
In this role as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will be required to provide dedicated 1:1 & small group EYFS, KS1 & KS2 SEN support to children with complex educational needs following a carefully structured Educational Health Care Plan.

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Role Information:
- Providing 1:1 & small group SEN support to primary pupils
- Working across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 departments
- Conducting EHCP tailored support throughout academic year
- Working hours: 08.30am – 15.00pm
- Monday to Friday role – Located in Leeds (LS10)
- Paid £92.00 per day during term time in Monday to Friday role
- September 2025 to July 2026 contracted role

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum expected 2:1 Psychology, Education Studies or Neuroscience subject degree
- Prior experience tutoring, teaching or mentoring
- Naturally outgoing and knowledgeable individual
- Strong organisation and communication skillset
- Passionate about your specialist subject
