Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role
You will be working closely on a 1:1 basis with pupils with SEN and who require extra help with their academic and social development. The SENCo is highly supportive and will be on hand to provide you with excellent provisions and support throughout your journey at the school. Working with the class-teacher to implement individual learning plans will be important to ensure that each pupil makes progress! Your experience will develop as will your expertise which will vastly improve further education or training applications. You will be working full-time for the rest of the academic year whilst being paid!

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – The Requirements
·2.1 minimum in your Psychology degree (Russell Group ideally)
·Strong A-Levels and GCSEs are required for the role
·Highly motivated to work with SEN pupils
·Ability to form relationships easily
·Determined to succeed and make a difference
