Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

·You will require a 2.1 in your degree, Psychology preferred but other subjects are welcomed in addition.

·Good A-Levels and GCSEs

·Experience working with SEN in a previous position would be extremely beneficial

·Resilient and determined attitude

·Positive and willing to go the extra mile to help

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

·Your role will mainly consist of working on a 1:1 basis with pupils with SEN who need extra support with their studies and in social situations

·Working very closely with the SENCo to implement strategic plans for your pupils to ensure that the correct provisions are in place

·Liaising with SENCo, class Teacher and parents/carers to update progress and where extra support is needed

·Excellent opportunity for training and progression

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
