Graduate Teaching Assistant

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high attention to detail because you will be keeping a record of development and improvements. You will need to be a strong communicator and be confident when talking to parents, teachers and other leaders. It’s important that you can build a strong rapport with the pupils/students, and maintain a high level of consistency in order to get the best out of them. It is essential that you have a strong educational background, with a 1st or 2:1 degree in your degree. You will be using your particular subject knowledge to improve attainment levels and progress and assist the class teachers with general duties.
