  • Ability to demonstrate your excellent subject knowledge
  • Work alongside class teacher to plan and deliver excellent lessons
  • Deliver 1:1 and group based interventions
  • Support your department where required
  • Make a direct positive impact on your pupils

Graduate Teaching Assistant – STEM: Person specification

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in a STEM subject
  • Strong academic background
  • Passionate about your subject
  • Desire to succeed and be a role model within schools
  • Motivated to challenge yourself and take your first step into teaching
