  • Minimum 2:1 History based degree
  • Strong amount of subject knowledge
  • Dedicated to providing a high standard of academic support
  • Patient and supportive regarding students learning
  • Ability to organise and conduct specifically structured sessions
  • Keeping students focused and motivated during sessions
