You will work closely with other support staff in this role to ensure that the SEND Code of Practice to ensure that their culture and ethos of inclusion and high aspirations is continued.
You will be joining a cohesive and supportive department who on a daily basis want to help SEN students integrate and feel valued within the school and by their fellow pupils. This role includes communicating and liaising with various staff members and parents quite closely.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has gained experience and is now confident to lead the department and bring high quality targeted interventions throughout the department.
You will need to be highly organised, have a strong understanding of needs and work with an empathetic and structured approach.
This role would have you working closely with the visionary Head Teacher who really focuses on the importance of mutual respect across the schools values.
