Behaviour Learning Support Assistant – Primary – Graduate Role

Are you a confident and dedicated Psychology Graduate with a passion for subject and education?

This inclusive and supportive Primary School in the Birmingham area is looking to find a passionate and dedicated Psychology Graduate to support some of their children with challenging behaviour and additional barriers to learning.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology degree
  • Passionate about the Psychology subject
  • Experience working with young people extremely advantageous
  • Dedicated to offering outstanding academic and emotional support to students with SEMH needs
  • Ability to deal with challenging behaviour inside and outside of classroom environment
  • Must be willing to plan and lead sessions for individual children
