Learning Support Assistant – The Role

  • Long term role
  • Full time hours, Monday – Friday
  • £350 – £450 per week (term time)
  • Work with talented and experienced teachers
  • Support students with SEN and Autism
  • Work alongside a dedicated SENCO
  • Engage students with 1.1 tailored intervention sessions

Learning Support Assistant – Person Specification

  • 2.1 or 1st degree – Preferably Psychology related subject
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN/Autism
  • Strong academic background – A Levels & GCSE’s
  • Passionate about supporting students
  • Nurturing and patient personality
  • Excellent communication skills
