Maths Academic Coach- the school

Maths Academic Coach- the role

  • You will be running group sessions to support pupils in Maths and tailoring the lessons to suit their needs
  • Offer 1:1 sessions to individual pupils
  • Assist the teacher to help lessons run smoothly
  • Become a key member of the Maths department
  • Plan and conduct your own lessons with the support of a qualified teacher
  • Monday-Friday school hours
  • Term time Maths Academic Coach position
  • Paid £70-£90 per day

Maths Academic Coach- what you need

  • Maths graduate ideally with a 2.1 or above
  • You need to demonstrate genuine passions for Maths and working with young people
  • Patient and empathetic mindset is vital
  • Previous tutoring/ coaching experience is advantageous
  • Strong A-Levels and GCSEs
