Maths Graduate Learning Mentor: Job Description

  • Full academic year in one school
  • Starting ASAP
  • Paid £60 – £70 a day, term time
  • Mon – Fri working hours
  • Located in Sheffield
  • Support pupils with GCSE and A-Level prep
  • Graduate Teaching Assistant – ideal for aspiring teachers!
  • Run intervention sessions
  • Support the class teacher
  • Working with pupils 1:1 & in small groups
  • Access to public transport

Maths Graduate Learning Mentor – Personal Specification

  • Degree in Maths achieving a 2:1 or above
  • Strong A-level and GCSE results
  • Tutoring experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong passion for education
