Oxbridge Graduate English Teaching Assistant- the role

  • You will be supporting qualified teachers by planning 1:1 sessions for pupils and also running group workshops for pupils
  • Full time, Monday-Friday school hours
  • £350-£450 per week, term time
  • You will work with pupils of varying abilities
  • Opportunity to create, plan and conduct your own lessons with the support of a qualified teacher
  • Improve your teaching skills
  • Working alongside a supportive English department

  • 1 or above in and English based degree from Oxford or Cambridge University
  • Extensive subject knowledge and passion for English

  • Patient and empathetic mindset
  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable
