An incredible primary school based in Quinton are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate to join their hardworking team as a part-time 1:1 SEMH Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant! As a 1:1 SEMH Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting a year 4 pupil with SEMH and learning needs inside and outside the classroom.

• 1:1 SEMH Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Long-term role
• Work closely with a year 4 pupil with SEMH, behavioural issues and learning needs
• Inspiring role where you can start making a difference from day one
• Supportive and passionate Teaching and Support Staff
• Paid, invaluable school-based experience
• Support class teachers by providing 1:1 for a child with additional needs
• Part-time role, working mornings Monday to Friday
• Paid £150-175 take home pay per weekday, term time only

• 1:1 SEMH Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Part-time role
• Minimum 2:2 degree
• Experience supporting people with SEN and SEMH
• Good understanding of anger issues and de-escalation
• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for education
