Pastoral Mentor – Job Description

• Based in Southwark, close by to Peckham Rye station
• Shortlisting for role now!
• Run 1:1 group intervention sessions
• Implement behaviour strategies
• Ensure students are monitored and supervised throughout the school day
• Liaise with parents/carers where appropriate
• Ensure the safety of all students by dealing with any allegations of bullying are passed on to relevant staff members

Pastoral Mentor – Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 grade in any subject
• Excellent academic background
• Confident in dealing with challenging behaviour
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a pastoral capacity
• Good organisation skills
