Do you want the opportunity to plan and conduct 1:1 & small group support sessions inside and out of a KS1 classroom supporting a child with additional behavioural needs in Market Harborough?

A superb primary school based in Market Harborough is looking to find a warm, passionate and outgoing recent graduate with a passion for education to provide 1:1 support to a child in their KS1 department for the remainder of the academic year. In this role as a Pastoral Support Mentor, you will be providing 1:1 support based inside and out of the classroom following a carefully structured EHCP.

You will earn £85 per day during term time in a Monday to Friday role beginning immediately and ending in July. You will also have access to our partnership with the Online CPD College, with the opportunity to access a free subject enhancement knowledge course on topics related to children’s education.

• Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree
• Strong academic background
• Passionate about a career supporting young people
• Naturally warm and supportive personality
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Eager to find full-time role supporting KS1 children
