Primary Learning Mentor- Key Information & Benefits:

  • Monday- Friday full time position
  • Support the classroom teacher and build your classroom management skills
  • Assist children in small groups and via 1:1 interventions
  • Ideal for aspiring teachers
  • Monitor children’s progress
  • Communicate with parents and staff
  • Paid £70-£90 per day (term time)

Primary Learning Mentor- Person Specification:

  • 2.1 or higher in your degree
  • Passionate about pursuing a career in education
  • Friendly, driven, and reliable
  • Strong A-Levels and GCSEs
  • Previous experience working with children is essential
  • SEN experience is key in this role
