Person Specification – Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

• Primary SEN Teaching Assistant- Graduate role
• Degree level qualification – 2:1 or above (Psychology or related degree)
• Subject is flexible, usually well suited to Psychology/Education graduates
• Some previous experience working with children
• Knowledge of developmental disorders
• Calm, patient, and resilient personality
• Able to start ASAP
