Person Specification:

  • 2:1 or above in Psychology related degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Previous experience supporting young pupils would be advantageous
  • Genuine interest to pursue SEN education is essential
  • Ability to deal with challenging behaviour
  • Awareness of SEN in school settings
  • Proactive person
