SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant – About the Role:

Supporting pupils with special educational needs

Working in both small groups and 1:1 support sessions

Assist KS3 and KS3 pupils inside the classroom

Permanent Role

Early finish on Fridays

Monday- Friday (term time)

SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant – Requirements for the Role:

Minimum 2:1 degree classification

Russell Group University degree desirable

Strong academic background

Experience supporting children with additional needs

Eager to develop prior experience working with young children

Patient and respectful regarding pace of learning and development

Able to stage interventions and professional techniques and skillsets

Ability to keep pupils calm and focused during lesson time
