SEN Learning Assistant

SEN Learning Assistant – The Role

  • Support an experienced Class Teacher
  • Become part of integral support staff team
  • Offer 1:1 and group support
  • Identify learning outcomes
  • Communicate with staff, SLT & parents

 

SEN Learning Assistant – Person Specification

  • 1st or 2:1 degree
  • Strong academic background, e.g. A-Levels
  • Passion for SEN, education & learning
  • Compassionate, patient & supportive attitude
  • Prior education experience is desirable

 

SEN Teaching Learning Assistant – The School

  • Part of a small academy trust
  • Accelerated progression for graduates
  • Lovely senior leading team
  • Great school ethos
