Are you a recent UK based university graduate with a passion for working with children, and a desire to find a full-time Special Needs Mentor role in Royal Leamington Spa?
i-teachers are working with a wonderful primary school located in the Royal Leamington Spa area who are eager to add a supportive and dependable Special Needs Mentor to their brilliant learning support department in a full-time role for the academic year.
In this role as a Special Needs Mentor, the successful candidate will be required to provide detailed 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil with complex learning difficulties in a Monday to Friday role for the academic year based around a brilliant education health care plan.

Special Needs Mentor – Role Information:
- Providing 1:1 support to pupil in schools KS1 department
- Creating tailored EHCP support for child
- Being dependable and outgoing member of learning support department
- Located in Royal Leamington Spa (CV31)
- Paid £450 per week during term time – September 2024 to July 2025
- Working hours: 08.30am – 15.30pm
- Monday to Friday role based in one primary academy

Special Needs Mentor – Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree
- Prior experience working with children or young people
- Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
- Passionate about the development of all children
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with young people
